In an effort to provide optimal service, as well as be comply with the safety protocols associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, there have been several changes to our VIP Fast Track Services. The changes are as follows:

1. The Family Group Rate is now $220.00
2. Departure Lounge entry is no longer included in the Departure Service.  With the discontinuance of this service, clients that wish to visit Graycliff or Lignum must:
   • Pay an additional $35.00 per person ($105.00 with Family Group Rate)
   • Be a member
     • Be a Priority Pass holder (for Graycliff only)
3. Children ages are 3-15. Adults are 16 and older

We would also like our clients to know their safety, as well as the safety of our staff, is paramount, and would like to advise your of our New Protocols.  They are as follows:

1. There will be no physical contact and clients are asked to hold onto their documents for processing
2. Agents will not be allowed to assist with luggage
3. Face masks must be worn at all times
4. A mandatory distance of 6 feet must be maintained at all times
